QUALIFICATIONS

All members of the Academy are invited to submit a program proposal to direct a session at Summer Academy Meeting 2009.

FORMAT

Submissions for Summer Academy Meeting 2009 may cover a variety of dermatological topics and may be divided into the following session/presentation types:

Workshops - Workshops are 3-hour interactive, hands-on sessions that include lectures, demonstrations and practical experience. Session size is based on the nature of the activity and space availability. Director may invite additional speakers. Registration required with a tuition fee.

Forums - Forums are 2-hour sessions that explore a single subject. Forums are limited to 150 attendees. Director may invite up to a maximum of five additional speakers. Registration required with no fee.

Focus Sessions - Focus Sessions are 90-minutes and emphasize discussion and participant interaction. Focus Sessions are limited to a maximum of 100 attendees, based upon room capacities. Single Presenter (Director). Registration required with no fee.

SUBMISSION DEADLINE
