Instructions for On-Site Press Credential Registration

The American Academy of Dermatology’s (Academy) 68^th Annual Meeting will be held in Miami, Florida, March 5-9, 2010.

Advance press registration has closed.

Press credentials for the 68^th Annual Meeting can be obtained on-site at the Academy’s Press Office, located in Room D-240 in the Miami Beach Convention Center, 1901 Convention Center Drive, Miami Beach, FL 33139. Press Office hours are:

Thursday, March 4	2 p.m. – 5 p.m.
Friday, March 5	8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Saturday, March 6	8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Sunday, March 7	8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Monday, March 8	8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Before arriving for on-site registration, be sure to review the Academy’s Press Guidelines. Review of the Press Guidelines can assist you with your press registration and answer many questions about press attendance at the 68^th Annual Meeting.

Please note, when registering on-site, you will need to provide the following:

• Photo ID and business card.
• If you have attended a previous scientific meeting of the Academy, please provide bylined samples of your coverage of that meeting.
• If you have not attended a scientific meeting of the Academy, please provide bylined samples of your coverage of the specialty of dermatology.
• If you are a freelancer, please provide a letter of assignment.
