New This Year - Non-Member Requests for a Registration Access ID # will only be accepted via the online submission site.
If you are NOT a Member of the American Academy of Dermatology and you would like to receive an online Access ID # along with the registration, housing and optional activities brochures, you will need to CLICK HERE to complete the electronic Non-Member Request for Access ID # form. Allow 10-12 business days for processing and approval, and receipt of the brochures and access ID#.
Non-Member categories will require additional documentation to be attached during the submission process. Review the categories and documentation requirements below.
Non-Member Physician -
Copy of current medical license or a copy of a voided prescription pad
Non-Member Non-Physician (Scientists in Fields related to Dermatology & Industry representatives) -
Letter of sponsorship from a Member of the AAD on the Members official letterhead
Medical Student -
Official letter from the Educational or Training institution validating participation in the program
Graduate Member/Resident/Research Fellow (Not in a current US or Canadian approved dermatology residency or fellowship program) -
Official letter from the Educational or Training institution validating participation in the program
Non-Dermatology Resident -
Official letter from the Educational or Training institution validating participation in the program
Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner (working in an AAD Member Dermatologist office) -
Copy of current medical license and a letter of sponsorship from your employing physician
Office Staff/RN (working in a Dermatologist office) -
Employing physicians name must be supplied
NOTE: Completion of this submission form does not constitute registration for the meeting. This is strictly a Request for an access ID# and registration & housing brochure. Official Approval will follow the submission of this completed form along with the required supporting documentation.
An online Access ID # will be emailed after processing and approval of your submission, and a registration and housing brochure will be mailed in November.
ID#s will no longer be assigned, and registration and housing brochures will no longer be mailed after Monday, February 22, 2010 at 12:00pm (CT). Allow 10-12 business days for processing approval, and receipt of the brochures and access ID#.

You will need to input your Registration Access ID number to log into the system to order your book.
The deadline date to order a program book will be Monday, February 22, 2010 at 12:00pm (CT). Allow 10 business days from the order date for receipt of the program book. |
