Group Information
Criteria
- You must be registering 25 or more delegates
- You must designate one (1) primary Group Representative to receive all correspondences and handles payment of invoices.
- The AAD will accept on one (1) payment from the Designated Group Representative for the total fees for the Group. Individual payments and wire transfers will not be accepted.

If you DO NOT meet the above mentioned criteria you must request an individual Access ID number for each of your delegates CLICK HERE to be connected to the Non-Member Request for Access ID number submission site.
Important Dates for Groups
- September 15, 2009 - February 8, 2010 at 12:00pm (CT) - Group Submission will be accepted.
- February 8, 2010 at 12:00pm (CT) - New group submissions will no longer be accepted.
- Approved Groups ONLY - February 19, 2010 at 12:00pm (CT) - Registration & Housing deadline for approved groups which have already received their registration and housing materials, and Access ID numbers.
- February 24, 2010 at 12:00pm (CT) - Registration cancellation deadline date. No refunds will be issued after this date at time.
