Registration deadlines

Advance registration and housing for the Summer Academy Meeting 2013 will follow the schedule below.

Physician, life, and honorary members



May 8, 2013

Residents, medical fellows, graduate members, and medical students


May 15, 2013

Adjunct members, physician assistants,
nurse practitioners, office staff, registered nurses, and remaining non-members



 May 22, 2013

Registration deadlines

Early registration for members and approved non-members ends at 12 p.m. (CT) on Monday, July 8, 2013. After this date and time, late registration fees and rules will apply.

Advance registration ends July 24, 2013, at 12 p.m. (CT). At this time all registration systems will close and incomplete registrations will have to be completed on site. On-site registration will open on Wednesday, July 31, 2013, at 12 p.m.

Registration cancellation deadline

The registration cancellation deadline is Wednesday, July 24, 2013, at 12 p.m. (CT). After this date and time no refunds will be given for cancellations.

For registration cancellations requested before the deadline date, a $75 fee will be deducted from your refund amount. A $25 fee will be deducted for all spouse/guest and medical student cancellations.

Deadline to register and receive materials by mail

All individuals who complete registration by Monday, July 8, 2013, at 12 p.m. (CT) will receive their badges, tickets, and attendance verification/meeting bag voucher by mail. Registration packets will be sent via U.S. mail to U.S. registrants and via special courier service to Canadian and international registrants starting July 9, 2013, continuing until July 19, 2013.
