Ancillary and reunion group functions will not be printed in the advance program book. Instead, these functions are listed on the AAD website. The online listing will be updated regularly with changes/additions/cancellations to these functions.
The ancillary listing will be printed in the on-site program book that attendees will receive at the meeting.
Deadline
The submission date was Friday, Sept. 14, 2012. Although space may be available for requests after this date, meetings requested after Sept.14 will not be listed in the Annual Meeting on-site program book. Space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Exhibiting companies/Exhibitor-affiliated meetings and companies
For exhibiting companies, please refer to exhibitor resources. Functions that qualify in these categories will not be considered for space through this submission site.
