The PA/NP category will only need to credential and request and Access ID# every three years from the year of their 2012 submission.

At the beginning of the Access ID# request process, you will be required to create an account to login to the AAD website. Click here to begin your request for an Access ID#. The deadline date to request a non-member Access ID# is Wednesday, Feb. 29, 2012 at 12 pm (CT). After this date and time non-members who have not yet requested an Access ID# will need to credential and register onsite. Due to the proximity to the meeting, those who request an Access ID# between Feb. 22, 2012 and Feb. 29, 2012 will not receive a registration and housing brochure in the mail.

After receipt of an access ID#, registration and housing can be completed via the online registration system.

Note: Completion of the Access ID# request form does not constitute registration for the meeting. It is strictly a request for an Access ID# and optional activities and registration and housing brochure. Official approval will follow the submission of the completed request form along with the required supporting documentation.

Access ID# requests and documentation can only be accepted via the online submission site. Submissions received prior to Nov. 1, 2011 will not receive their Access ID# until mid-November, after processing and approval of the request. For submissions received after Nov. 1, 2011, please allow 10-12 days for processing and receipt of your Access ID#.
