Meeting registration
The deadline for advance registration and housing was Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2012 at 12 p.m. (CT).
Onsite registration will be available for the scientific portion of the meeting with a $100 fee increase:

8 a.m.-6 p.m.: Registration - Monday, Jan. 14, 2013
7:30 a.m.-8 a.m.: Registration and continental breakfast

Cancellation policies: Registration
Should circumstances require the cancellation of advance registration for the scientific portion of the meeting, notice must be sent via email to moshi@aad.org. Please make sure to include the name of the registrant along with the confirmation number and include the name(s) of the participant(s) that need to be cancelled. A $50 processing fee will be applied for each medical personnel received, along with a $25 processing fee for all spouse/guest cancellations received.
The cancellation deadline for advance registration was Dec. 5, 2012 at 12 p.m. (CT). No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2012 at 12 p.m. (CT).
Currency
The official currency for the AAD Advances in Tropical Medicine course is U.S. dollars.

Cancellation

Hotel refund policy:
- A full refund of your hotel fees will be issued until Dec. 5, 2012, at 12 p.m. (CT).
- 30 days to 15 days prior to your arrival date, 25 percent of the fees for your hotel stay will be held.
- 14 days to 7 days prior to your arrival date, 50 percent of the fees for your hotel stay will be held.
- 7 days to 3 days prior to your arrival date, 75 percent of your entire stay will be held.
- 48 hours prior to your arrival date or in the case of a no-show, all hotel fees will be held.

- 35 days to 14 days prior to your arrival date: In the case of cancellation or reduction of bed nights, 30 percent of the applicable rate will apply.
- 14 days to 3 days prior to your arrival date: In the case of cancellation or reduction of bed nights, 50 percent of the applicable rate will apply.
- 48 hours prior to your arrival date or in the case of a no-show: all hotel fees will be held.
Note: Each lodge has a limited number of rooms; the AAD will make every attempt to secure your housing in the facility of your choice. If your requested accommodations are not available, you will notified via email from the AAD prior to booking your accommodations.
