To register for the Summer Academy Meeting 2012, physician assistants and nurse practitioners must be employed by an AAD member dermatologist.

An access ID number is required to register via the online system. The deadline to request an access ID number has passed. Those who have not yet requested and been approved to receive an access ID number will need to credential and register onsite. When registering onsite please be sure to bring the required additional documentation outlined below. 

Credentialing for the PA/NP category will only be required every three years. Those who credentialed for the AAD's 70th Annual Meeting will not need to credential for this meeting and were automatically emailed a current access ID number to use during registration.

Required documentation:

• Copy of your PA or NP medical license.
• Letter of sponsorship from your employing AAD member dermatologist. This letter must be signed and have a current date.
