The following non-member categories will not be required to request an access ID number. These categories can register by simply visiting the online registration and housing system.
Non-member physicians
Non-member physicians are those who treat patients in an office-like setting.
Non-member non-physicians
Includes non-member corporate individuals, pharmacists, industry representatives, or scientists/researchers working in the field of dermatology.
Office staff and RNs
The office staff/RN category of registration does not need to request an access ID number. Please see the office staff/RN registration information page for more details.
The following non-member categories are required to have an access ID number to register via the online system. The deadline to request an access ID number has passed. Individuals in any of the below non-member categories who have not yet requested and been approved for an access ID number will need to credential and register onsite. When registering onsite please be sure to bring the required additional documentation outlined below for your category.
Resident/medical fellows
(Outside U.S. and Canadian program) Official letter from educational or training institution validating participation in the program. This letter will need to be signed and reflect a current date as well as the anticipated date and year of completion.
Non-dermatology resident
Official letter from educational or training institution validating participation in the program. This letter will need to be signed and reflect a current date as well as the anticipated date and year of completion.
Medical students
Official letter from educational or training institution validating your medical student status. This letter must be signed and reflect a current date and the anticipated date of graduation.
Physician assistants and nurse practitioners
You must be working in an AAD dermatologist member’s office. Provide a copy of your current medical license and a letter of sponsorship from your employing physician. The sponsorship letter must be signed and have a current date. This category will only need to credential every three years. Those who credentialed for the AAD 70th Annual Meeting will not need to credential for this meeting and will automatically be emailed a current access ID number.
