The chart below details the registration fees for the 71st Annual Meeting. Early fees apply between Nov. 14, 2012 at 12 p.m. (CT) and Jan. 30, 2013 at 12 p.m. (CT). The late fee will begin Jan. 30, 2013 at 12:01 p.m. (CT) and will continue until the end of the meeting.
