To register for the 71st Annual Meeting, a nurse practitioner must be employed by an AAD member dermatologist.
An access ID number is required to register via the online system. Begin your request for an access ID number here. Please note, a login will be required to access the submission system. If you do not already have an account, you will need to create one.
Credentialing for the NP category will only be required every three years. Those who have credentialed for the 70th Annual Meeting or later will not need to credential for this meeting and will automatically be emailed a current access ID number prior to the opening of registration.
Required documentation:
- Copy of your nurse practitioner medical license.
- Letter of sponsorship from your employing AAD member dermatologist. This letter must be signed and have a current date.
Processing of access ID numbers will begin in November.
The deadline to request an access ID number is Feb. 13, 2013. Typically expect 10-12 days for processing and receipt of your access ID number. Requests will only be accepted via the online submission form. After receipt of an access ID number, registration and housing can be completed via the online registration system.
Note: Completion of the access ID number request form does not constitute registration for the meeting. It is strictly a request for an access ID number. Official approval will follow the submission of the completed request form and the required supporting documentation.
