IMPORTANT NOTE: In order for your application to be considered, you must submit samples of coverage of any previous scientific Academy meetings that you have attended. If you have not attended scientific Academy meetings in the past, please provide bylined samples of your coverage of the specialty of dermatology or samples of other related health care coverage. In addition to the above, if you are a freelance applicant, please submit a letter of assignment on letterhead from the publication you are contracted with for this meeting.

Bylined samples of coverage, which are required below, must be in English.
